Ray White Waiuku is a member of the Southern Corridor Realty Limitedgroup of companies based in the Franklin and Papakura districts of greater South Auckland, New Zealand.

Waiuku Township itself is located on the banks of the Waiuku River which feeds into the mighty Manukau Harbour. The township has its roots way back into the 1850s when this area was gradually settled by immigrants from Great Britain and Europe. The Waikato Immigration Scheme also played its part in bringing pioneering folk to this unique destination in the 1860s. The harbour and port was an integral part of the region’s wider transport network with sea-cargo arriving at the Waiuku wharf daily which the freight trains moved out into the wider area. Once upon a time a real hub of bustling activity. The history of this little township forms its backbone, with many families able to trace their roots back into the pioneering era. This aspect of history is reflected in the many homes in the wider district constructed in the colonial villa style that speak of a time gone by. The town has experienced great growth over the last several years as more people discover just how wonderful this corner of Godzone actually is and of the many benefits it offers young families and our elderly.
