MATAKAWAU Franklin

First time on the market for many years is this 71 acre holding situated overlooking Sergeant's Beach and the waters surrounding the Matakawau Peninsula.
A solid rural 3 bedroom plus office homestead has views all the way over the Manukau Harbour to Auckland City and beyond.
Extensive deer fencing, paddock layout and shedding will enable this property to be developed to fit the lifestyle you need. Train horses, breed stud or dairy replacements or fatten livestock, the gentle contour grazing land is ideally suited. Plenty of good water from a bore on the property.
Launch your boat at the ramp 2 or 3 minutes away and enjoy the marine playground that is the Western Manukau Harbour - fishing, scallops and swimming literally at your door step. Under an hour from the Southern motorway at Drury, 25 minutes to Waiuku.
