5 Romilly Court PAPAKURA, Papakura

Perfect - learn to walk before you run! Either as a first home or first investment. It's not where you start that counts but where you finish! If this area was good enough for me to start out in, it's certainly good enough for you. Why garrote yourself with a large mortgage and with interest rate hikes looming in the near future, be comfortable not stressed out, and use this home in the future to leverage into another and rent this out. So simple it's stupid! Ride the wave of any interest hikes and be comfortable not drowning in debt.

Makes sense doesn't it, small easy care section with standard three bedroom home and single lock up garage with added security of a lockable gate, keep the kids in and the pests out.

Call now if you are sensible, will not last, when its gone you will be just as disappointed as the last time.
