5 Salas Place PAPAKURA, Papakura

She's from the wrong side of the tracks and on the low-down, she's rough, stuck in the sixties, she's ready for fixin'.

Slap a coat of paint on, slash out the over-growth, string a fence across the front with a gate, smack a new kitchen in, rip out the bathroom, throw down some carpet and she will scrub up nicely. Or simply do nothing and continue to rent out with long term tenants in place. OR, if you are looking to get into the market for the first time, and you are not fussy on area, you just want in and are willing to do the work, then this is the one.
