Douglas has had a long career of customer service and a background in banking, medical reception, bookkeeping and with an airline.  He has been working in real estate for many years starting in 2010 in an inner city Auckland company and getting his salesperson’s licence in 2011, then doing the study to get his branch manager and agent courses achieved in 2021 and having his agent’s licence in real estate since then.

Supporting the sales team and assisting with their development and continuing growth and training in the areas as real estate is an ever-changing field and keeping updated with the latest cases and new regulations feeds Douglas’ desire to be as knowledgeable and capable as possible.

The compliance area is what Douglas really enjoys and ensuring that standards are kept and legal requirements are maintained and being part of Southern Corridor Realty Limited, with its inspiring leadership and dynamic and positive company ethos, is a real pleasure and makes his work here very rewarding.  He relishes being able to assist the sales team by answering questions and giving advice to them.
